Research: membrane protein thermodynamics
After earning my undergraduate degree from Nankai University, I joined the Jenkins Biophysics Program, where I am currently a 5th year PhD student in Dr. Karen Fleming’s lab. I’m an experimentalist who loves to see situations where theory can fully explain experimental findings, as it suggests that we’ve reached a fundamental principle of biophysics. I am interested in the physical mechanism of protein functions and I’m currently working on membrane protein thermodynamics. I always enjoy discussing science with people, but when I’m outside of the lab, I enjoy spending my time playing tennis.
