I’ve truly enjoyed building relationships with Dr. Camley and my graduate student mentor, Pedrom! Outside of Hopkins, I’ve also studied aberrant placental invasion under Dr. McElrath at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

My favorite biophysics memory was the Biophysics Autumn Mixer that took place on Gilman Quad.

I had the privilege of working in Dr. Karen Fleming’s lab since Junior year studying outer membrane protein folding in gram-negative bacteria. Working with the Fleming lab has been nothing short of amazing.

My favorite biophysics moments were the times I got to bond with my classmates and professors outside of class.

My favorite biophysics class was probably Single Molecule and Cell Biophysics with Dr. Myong and Dr. Ha because the material was very interesting, and It taught me a lot about reading and interpreting scientific papers.

I've been working in Dr. TJ Ha's lab since freshman winter, focusing on engineering a photo-switchable DNA helicase. I've also worked on a few computational projects involving tumor deconvolution and mutation clustering.
